Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

I totally don't understand why this restaurant was full of customers. The food they served and the service didn't reflect any good quality. First of all, I ordered the deep fried oysters. However, once I took a bite on it, I knew it was way undercooked as the inside temperature was barely warm (I ate deep fried oysters everywhere so i know what is cooked and what's not). It was very risky to consume undercooked oyster so I requested the server to take it back. The sever said the oyster was likely not undercooked. It should be just waited in the kitchen counter for so long so it has been cooled down a bit. I don't believe this reason as I know how the oyster should look like inside when it is cooked. Then the server suggested to make another batch for us and I agreed. The new batch was totally overcooked. And what's more surprised us was that they cut out one of our oyster to check and served us. (See photo). If you order a steak, will you accept the chef to cut out your steak to check the wellness? Apart from the oyster, the tempura shrimp was undercooked as well as the inside of the shrimp is almost room temperature. Pleased be very careful if you order any deep fried food in this

Incredible. Delicious and scrumptious. These words fall short to describe how pleasurable and satisfying it is to have dinner here. The Chuka, The Ramen and Katsu, the Shushi and every single thing ordered was fresh. And the service was wonderful and provided by Brandon. He was very attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely, returning.

My experience at Wagaya – Westside was really enjoyable overall. The food was phenomenally packed with rich, authentic flavor that truly stood out. The service was simple but efficient and friendly, which kept everything running smoothly. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, even down to the bathrooms, which were thoughtfully decorated with unique animal-themed artwork and stories that added a fun, creative touch. The only downside was the menu pricing. When choosing between pork or chicken, there’s a $4 upcharge for chicken, even though it’s one of only two protein options. That feels misleading, and it really should be clearly stated on the menu in bold so customers are aware upfront. Transparency matters. Overall, I would definitely return because the quality of the food and the ambiance were great but next time, I’ll be sticking to the veggie ramen.

Came here last night for dinner. Our server Brandon was great and made sure we had everything we needed during our dinner experience. I had the Matcha Latte, and the Ramen +2. The food was delicious and the Ramen was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Loved the ambiance and the staff. Give this place a try you won’t regret it!

Very nice service. Sushi dishes are very great. Fresh ingredients and nice plating. One thing was we ordered the ramen twice. The first bowl tasted good but the second was too salty and the noodle was not chewy. It didn’t bother too much overall. I like the cream soda very much. Highly recommended!!
